INGREDIENTS

  • 6 cups Popcorn

  • 1 cup Pretzels

  • 1 cup dried fruit (choose one of more of the following):

    Dried cherries, dried cranberries, raisins, dried apples, chopped dried apricots, chopped

  •  1 cup nuts (choose one or more of the following) peanuts, almonds, cashews, walnuts, pecans, pistachios

  • ¼ cup roasted pumpkin seeds (optional)

  • ¼ cup chocolate chips (optional)

  • ¼ cup peanut butter chips (optional)

 

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine some or all of the above ingredient, depending on taste preferences and what you have on hand.  Enjoy this snack in small amounts – it is packed with both nutrition and calories.
